Profhilo Classic
Profhilo uses a high concentration of hyaluronic acid in a unique formulation that disperses smoothly in the superficial layers of the skin.
Profhilo Classic is commonly used to support more superficial skin concerns such as hydration and to improve the appearance of fine lines, skin laxity, and crepey texture.​​

Profhilo Structura
Profhilo Structura is designed to work at a deeper level within the fat pads which are often lacking in volume and support due to aging or weightloss. Structura p​rovides additional scaffold and structure back into the face gradually and subtly​.

Personalised consultation
Every Profhilo treatment begins with a detailed consultation. Your skin quality and facial structure is assessed and areas where hydration and tissue support may be beneficial.

Treatment
Both Profhilo Classic and Profhilo Structura are commonly performed as a course of two treatments spaced approximately four weeks apart. They can be performed at the same time, or seperately.

Follow up & Maintenance
After the initial course, it is recommended patients choose maintenance treatments every 6–12 months depending on skin condition and long-term goals.
What to expect after Profhilo?
Is there downtime?
For Profhilo Classic small raised areas at the injection points are common immediately after treatment. These usually settle within 24–48 hours as the product disperses. For both Profhilo Classic and Profhilo Structura mild swelling or tenderness may also occur.
Will I bruise?
Bruising is possible with any injectable treatment, though it is often mild if it occurs. Jessica follows strict Profhilo protocols, and careful technique to help minimise this risk.
When will I see results?
Profhilo Classic: Improvements in skin hydration, smoothness, and elasticity develop gradually. Many people notice subtle changes in skin texture and luminosity within a few weeks, with results continuing to build after the second treatment as the skin responds over time.
Profhilo Structura: Some patients notice a visible improvement in facial softness and support soon after treatment. However, results continue to develop over several weeks as the product integrates and the tissue responds. A second session is often recommended to build and stabilise the outcome.
Will this change the shape of my face?
Profhilo Classic will not add volume or alter facial contours. Its purpose is to improve skin hydration and quality, creating a smoother and more refreshed appearance without changing facial shape.
Profhilo Structura will provide subtle support in areas where deeper tissue changes occur, but the goal is not to create obvious volume or reshape the face. Instead, it supports natural-looking balance and softness, helping features appear more harmonious rather than altered.
Can i return to normal activities?
Most people return to normal daily activities straight after treatment. You are advised to avoid strenuous exercise, swimming, alcohol, excessive heat, and pressure on the treated areas for the rest of the day.
